Have you ever heard about the Râmnicu Vâlcea, a small town in Romania, where live less than 100,000 people. I am pretty sure that your answer would be no. But this town has gained infamy over the years for being as a global hub of cyber-criminals.
Some of people like to call it “Hackerville,” or “Cybercrime Central,” given how many criminal hackers live there. Security firm Norton has made a documentary that is called “The Most Dangerous Town on the Internet” and tells the tale of Râmnicu Vâlcea and its famous hackers.
